Voici voici une recette d'EPA que je compte brasser d'ici la fin de l'année.
Pour l'instant je recette sur des choses simples pour essayer différents styles. Je ne suis pas sur qu'il y ait assez de caramel pour ce type de bière.
J'ai fait un monopalier assez bas pour favoriser une bière légère sans trop de corps : DF estimée 1008 et 4.8% ABV.
